Refund policy
We want you to have clear information about returning an elvarinio purchase. The steps below explain eligibility, how to request a return and what to expect from a refund.
30-day return window
You may request a return for an eligible item within 30 calendar days of delivery. Please keep your order number or proof of purchase so we can locate the transaction.
Item condition
For a change-of-mind return, the item should be unused, in its original condition and accompanied by its original packaging. If the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect or materially different from its description, use the item-concern process below rather than treating it as a change-of-mind return.
How to start a return
- Email service@elvarinio.com with your order number, the item name and the reason for your request.
- Include photographs or a short video when they help explain an item concern.
- Our team will review your request and provide the next steps, including the receiving address for an approved return.
- Follow the instructions supplied for your request and keep the parcel's dispatch or tracking receipt.
Return shipping costs
For a preference-based return, such as a change of mind or choosing the wrong item, the customer pays the return shipping cost. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from its description, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution without an additional cost to you.
Refund processing
Once an authorized return has arrived and has been inspected, an approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit. If an approved refund is overdue, contact us with your order number and refund confirmation.
Order changes and cancellations
Email us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We will check the order's status and help where possible, but a change cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started. An order that has already shipped follows the return process.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection rules applicable to your purchase.
